Making its debut at Dominion Energy Riverrock, the Fit-X Experience brings a high-energy, outdoor workout to the riverfront at Historic Tredegar. Set against the backdrop of the James River and the festival’s electric atmosphere, this DJ-driven fitness experience blends movement, music, and motivation into one unforgettable session.
Led by Ishmael “The Black Superman” Sandiford and a team of guest trainers, the Fit-X Experience delivers an uplifting, community-focused workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, move to the beat or simply soak up the festival energy, everyone is welcome to join the action.

Workout Schedule/Format
An uplifting, music-driven workout featuring a variety of styles, with trainers rotating through short, high-energy intervals. Led by Ishmael “The Black Superman” Sandiford, with DJ Just Different and host Bambi of iPower Richmond.
Requirements
Participants will be asked to review and acknowledge a standard waiver during registration. All attendees should be physically capable of participating in a group fitness environment and follow instructor guidance throughout the event.
