Promotional Vendors
All promotional vendors must be health & fitness or outdoor industry related in order to be considered and all applications to be a vendor may not be accepted. Applications will open in early 2027.
Vendor pricing starts at $1,000 for a 10×10 space, and non-profit pricing starts at $600 for a 10×10 space. Pricing increases based on location within the festival, size of the space (10×10 vs. 10×20), and whether a tent is needed. Each 10×10 space includes one table and two chairs.
