  • All participants must be at least 7 years old to participate.  We ask that all children under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult.
  • This event is cup-less. You must bring your own hydration device.

The Forest Hill 5k will utilize wave starts in order to control volume on the trails and keep participants socially distanced. Start waves will be organized by predicted pace per mile. We will start participants in small groups with a set interval between each group.
